We are also available for urgent care for our existing clients when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. If your pet has a medical emergency during your primary care veterinarian's regular office hours, we recommend first contacting him or her for a professional recommendation. If your veterinarian is not available, or requires a critical care facility, we recommend you immediately bring your pet to Upstate Veterinary Specialties 24 hour animal hospital for treatment.

When possible, you are welcome to call us before you come or when you are on your way, so that we can prepare for your arrival. However, we do not want to add to the time it takes to get your pet the emergency vet care services they need.
